Galleria area Houston personal injury law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to manage an active docket of 60 to 70 personal injury cases, consisting of slip and falls and car accidents.

Responsibilities include drafting and filing Original Petitions, preparing and responding to discovery requests in an efficient and timely manner, preparing Clients for deposition and trial, attending depositions, motion practice, communicating with Clients and trial preparation and attendance.

Pay is $65,000 per year with a percentage of fees on settled cases.

Two weeks paid vacation and federal holidays.
