Description:
Responsibilities:- Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, and prepare clear legal writing and drafts.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Communicate with clients about case strategy, deadlines, and next steps.
- Work with attorneys and staff to manage case files and meet court deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas law license in good standing.
- At least three years' civil litigation experience in US.
- Strong legal research, writing, and client communication skills;
- Not accept OPT, H1B.
