We are seeking an associate attorney with approximately 2–5 years of experience who is looking for more than a narrow support role. The attorneys who thrive here are intellectually curious, strategically minded, responsive, and capable of exercising sound judgment under pressure. This is not a highly siloed practice. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing complex, fast-moving matters across multiple practice areas.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to:
  • Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated matters
  • Develop both litigation and transactional experience

  • Participate in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and case strategy

Responsibilities:
  • Draft motions, pleadings, contracts, correspondence, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and factual analysis
  • Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
  • Assist with case strategy, litigation management, and transactional matters
  • Manage deadlines, calendars, and multiple case workflows effectively

Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of litigation and/or transactional experience
  • Active admission to the Nevada bar required
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills
  • Excellent organizational and case-management skills
  • Professional judgment, responsiveness, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base compensation range of $100,000.00–$140,000.00, depending on experience, capability, and level of independence
