Description:
Associate attorney would meet with, counsel, and/or represent primarily bankruptcy, divorce, and family law clients from initial intake throughout the legal process through final resolution of case. Associate Attorney may also see clients with traffic tickets and estate planning matters from time to time. Applicant should have 1 -3 years of experience with either bankruptcy and/or family law matters, but we are willing to train the right applicant. Strong computer skills are required. Applicants should be licensed to practice law in Virginia. This is not a remote or work-from-home job. The job location is in Hampton, VA. Compensation is based on experience and production level, but generally ranges between $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year. Salary is $75,000.00 plus commission based on fees earned. The firm offers health insurance, retirement, and paid-time-off. The firm pays for bar dues and continuing legal education (CLE).
