We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join our growing law firm in Greenville, SC.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably insurance defense.
- Must be licensed in the state of South Carolina
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation from initial investigation to the completion of the case.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Hearings, depositions and mediations
- Work closely with client and legal team to develop case strategy
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate effectively with clients and industry professionals
