Role Description:
We are hiring an attorney licensed in SC to immediately practice in our growing law firm with an opportunity to learn, practice, and have a hands on experience with the proper training by the 2 experiences attorneys already at the firm.
Experience not necessary. However, must be willing to learn fast, and get involved in every aspect of litigation.
Seriously looking for an attorney who will be committed to growing with and becoming an integral part of the firm.
Spanish language preferred!!!
Qualifications:
- Bar admission in the state of South Carolina, however, willing to accept a candidate who took the bar and is waiting on results by June, 2026 for training purposes while obtaining license.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Legal research ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

About our Firm:

Role Description:
- Draft and write legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with attention to detail.
- Assist in litigation processes including by preparing case files and supporting materials for court appearances.
- Court appearances.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases involving family law and immigration law
Maintain organized records of all client interactions and case developments within the law office.
