Ley Law is a growing law firm with a strong reputation for zealous advocacy and compassionate client service. We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our Greenville office and focus on family law and criminal defense. This position offers meaningful courtroom experience, mentorship from experienced attorneys, and the opportunity to build your own caseload within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in district and superior court for criminal and family law matters
Handle custody, child support, divorce, and domestic violence cases
Manage criminal dockets ranging from traffic matters to serious felonies
Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and maintain organized case files
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Active North Carolina law license (or ability to obtain one promptly)
Strong work ethic, courtroom presence, and a desire to advocate for clients
