Wanezek, Jaekels, Daul & Babcock is a successful and busy law firm, established in 1908, seeking a highly motivated associate attorney with one year experience preferred, primarily within the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Guardian ad Litem, Family Law and Civil Litigation. Non-traditional recent graduates with prior work experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing case files
Drafting pleadings and letters
Frequent client contacts
Conducting negotiations with opposing counsel
Appearing in court
Training and mentorship will be provided with possible ownership opportunity after one year.

Qualifications:
Excellent writing and legal research skills and the ability to be effective and confident in court. Wisconsin law license required. Problem solving and communication skills are required. Reasonable billable hour requirements.
