Armstrong Law, PLLC, is seeking associate attorneys! We are also offering a signing bonus to rapidly fill these positions for candidates already admitted to the West Virginia State Bar. This bonus is a $5,000.00 bonus with $1,500 payable upon hire, $1,500 at the six month mark and $2,000.00 payable after 12 months of employment.The position includes exposure to not only multiple different areas of the law but also exposure to law in rural communities. Our firm practices civil law, criminal law, family law, estate law, and much more. Our client base consists of real people with real problems that we strive to solve with hard work and dedication. Remote work is not possible during the first 12 months of employment.
Courtroom experience is desired and higher salaries will go to qualified candidates with experience in Family Law and real property transactions. We offer a generous benefits package that includes health insurance, employer matching 401(K), PTO, FMLA, bereavement leave, and quarterly performance bonuses after the first 12 months.
