Multi-office boutique insurance coverage and appellate firm seeks a highly motivated and dynamic attorney with civil litigation experience. The position is located in Fort Myers, Florida and the applicant must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar. The type of work involved will be litigation of third-party and first-party complex insurance claims, as well as a heavy appellate practice. This firm is looking for someone with strong oral, legal research and writing skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while simultaneously producing outstanding work product. Applicant must possess drive, determination and initiative, as we strive to provide excellent service to our clients and maintain our outstanding reputation.
