A well-established, medium-sized law firm located in Ocean County is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing practice.Our firm focuses on a diverse and engaging range of practice areas, including:
- Local Government Representation
- Workers' Compensation
- Personal Injury
- Insurance Defense

- Municipal Prosecuting
- We are open to both newly admitted attorneys and experienced practitioners. This position offers meaningful hands-on experience, courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Handling litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Court appearances, motion practice, and discovery
- Representing municipalities, public entities, insurers, and private clients
- Legal research, writing, and client communication
Qualifications:
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (or pending admission)
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
- Interest in public sector and litigation-based practice areas
