We're open to attorneys from various practice areas who bring significant litigation skills, courtroom experience, and have the drive to build and grow a pipeline of quality referral sources. Minimum Qualifications:
- Litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
- Licensed to practice in Michigan
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to hustle
- Bonus Points If You:
- Have trial experience or second-chair exposure
- Have a network you're ready to activate—or the fire in your belly to build one
- Have up-to-date computer-related skills and are using AI in your daily work
