The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of civil litigation experience, strong writing skills, and the drive to grow within a dynamic boutique environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence
- Assist with discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and court appearances
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client matters
- Manage and organize case files with precision and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
