About This Position:
As an Associate Attorney at Wladis Law Firm, you will work across a diverse range of practice areas depending on the firm's needs and your interests and experience. Potential areas of work may include litigation, environmental matters, real estate, business disputes, municipal and regulatory matters, and other general legal work.

You will have meaningful responsibility and hands-on involvement in all phases of legal matters, including legal research, drafting, client interaction, negotiations, and court appearances, as appropriate. This role offers strong mentorship, professional development, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and collegial firm environment.

What are we looking for:

Between one and five years of relevant legal experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York State
Excellent communication and client relations skills
Ability to thrive both independently and in a team-based environment
A strong commitment to integrity, ethics, and legal excellence

Compensation & Benefits:
Wladis Law Firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation, paid maternity/paternity leave, a 401(k) profit-sharing plan, and access to a financial planner at no cost to employees.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $150,000 annually. The salary range does not include potential annual bonuses tied to individual and firm performance metrics.
