Role Description The Associate Attorney will work full time on-site at the firm's office in Duluth, GA. Responsibilities include managing and resolving collection accounts, attending hearings and mediations virtually and in-person, and drafting and reviewing pleadings and discovery responses.Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with Georgia Bar
- Experience with collection litigation and applicable federal and state collection laws is preferred but not required
- Ideal candidate would have knowledge of civil procedure, post-judgment remedies, and the ability to negotiate and exercise sound discretion on legal matters
