Responsibilities:
- Work with senior attorneys to prepare cases for filing with USCIS, DOL, and other federal agencies.
- Communicate with various federal agencies to facilitate case processing
- Research and write briefs, motions, and other pleadings related to immigration law
- Draft forms
- Review case submissions and respond to paralegal questions
- Meet with Clients to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Licensed to practice law in any state or territory of the United States
- Previous experience in immigration law preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
