Compensation:
- $110,000-$120,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Analyze title, survey, loan, and other transaction documents
- Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Draft and negotiate deeds, contracts, leases, and legal agreements
- Represent clients through residential and commercial settlements
- Counsel borrowers and lenders on financing and loan documentation
- Oversee escrow/IOLTA matters and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and Delaware Bar admission
- 2+ years of transactional law experience, preferably in real estate
- Strong knowledge of title insurance, lending, escrow, and real estate law
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and legal judgment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service
