You would have autonomy over your cases, however the mangaing attorney will provide guidance and support.

- Handle all aspects of a client's case including client communication, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending court hearings, conferences, and trials
- Attending interviews at USCIS and court hearings before the EOIR
- Advise clients and negociate settlements of their disputes
- Consulting with clients and keeping them updated as to their case status
Qualifications:
- Member of the Texas Bar in good standing
- Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Confident and results-orientated
- 1-4 years of experience perferred
