This is a litigation position where you would be in court several times a week. You would have autonomy over your cases, however the mangaing attorney will provide guidance and support.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of a client's case including client communication, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending court hearings, conferences, and trials
Attending interviews at USCIS and court hearings before the EOIR
Advise clients and negociate settlements of their disputes
Consulting with clients and keeping them updated as to their case status

Qualifications:

Member of the Texas Bar in good standing
Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Must be a self-starter and be able to work within a fast-paced environment.
Confident and results-orientated
1-4 years of experience perferred
