Responsibilities:

- Assist in litigation processes by preparing case files, attending court hearings, and representing clients as needed.
- Provide legal counsel to clients on matters related to immigration law
- Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements or agreements.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' cases,
- Collaborate with senior attorney on complex cases while managing your own caseload effectively.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is compliant with legal standards.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong understanding of immigration law, family law, and other specified areas of practice.
- Excellent writing skills with a proven ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Proficient in legal research techniques using platforms like LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests.
- Prior experience in a law office setting is preferred; legal administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
