Rath, Young and Pignatelli, PC seeks an associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to work primarily with our Litigation Practice Group. Candidates should be independent, self-starters with experience in state and Federal courts with excellent communication and organizational skills. The attorney would work from our Concord, New Hampshire, office but after an initial period we would consider a hybrid remote / in-person arrangement. A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, active New Hampshire license (or ability to waive into the NH Bar), and excellent references are required.
