Summary:
'We are seeking a dedicated Signing Attorney to join our team at our Columbia location. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth execution of legal processes related to bankruptcy cases and other legal matters, supporting our mission to provide exceptional legal services.' The Signing Attorney will be based in Columbia office and will play a key role in signing clients into cases and managing legal documentation related to the case signing.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and execute legal documents related to bankruptcy filings and other legal processes.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Manage case files and maintain detailed records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal guidance during the signing process.
  • Assist in preparing for court appearances when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards of professionalism.'

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Valid license to practice law in the state of South Carolina.
  • Strong understanding of bankruptcy procedures and legal documentation pursuant to Title 11.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with legal tools such as Best Case, CM/ECF PACER.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
