Collins & Lacy, P.C., one of South Carolina's premier civil defense firms, is looking for a dynamic Associate Attorney with at least 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our growing retail and hospitality team, the largest dedicated team of its type serving businesses and insurers in South Carolina. ($90K-120K base plus bonus)

Who You Are:
You're not just any lawyer-you're hungry, driven, and ready to take ownership of your career. Here's what we're looking for:
  • At least 3-5 Years of Litigation Experience (civil defense preferred).
  • Licensed to practice in South Carolina courts.
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Client-focused, with outstanding communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A natural leader who thrives under pressure and is ready to build their professional brand.

Extra Credit For:

  • Clerkship experience (state or federal).
  • Experience in retail/hospitality or insurance coverage law.
  • Former military, prosecutor, or public defender.
  • Licensed in a second state
