The attorney will practice before United States District Courts, the United States Tax Court and administrative bodies, primarily the Internal Revenue Service.

The position will offer the attorney immediate client contact and responsibility.

The attorney can also expect to interact directly with government attorneys and IRS agents.

As the attorney gains additional experience, the attorney can anticipate taking on increasing amounts of responsibility in litigation matters.

A J.D. degree is required, as are strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and communication skills. Some background in tax and/or accounting would be helpful but is not necessary for a candidate who is eager and willing to learn.
