What You'll Do:

Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, with a primary focus on family law and opportunities to assist with criminal defense and other civil litigation matters
Handle cases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement documents
Develop legal strategies and provide practical, compassionate advice to clients
Meet billable expectations while providing exceptional client service
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes
