What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, with a primary focus on family law and opportunities to assist with criminal defense and other civil litigation matters
- Handle cases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trials
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement documents
- Develop legal strategies and provide practical, compassionate advice to clients
- Meet billable expectations while providing exceptional client service
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Tennessee law license
- 3–6 years of family law litigation experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong organizational and case-management abilities
