We are seeking an academically accomplished attorney who possesses exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to excellence in the practice of law.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in the top 20% of the law school class from a highly regarded law school is required.
- Admission to the Illinois Bar.
- 1–3 years of practice experience in estate planning, probate, elder law, Medicaid planning, or relevant public service or nonprofit legal work.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to outstanding client service.
- Ability to independently manage legal matters while collaborating with attorneys and professional staff.
- Demonstrated professionalism, intellectual curiosity, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with guardianship, trust administration, special needs planning, or related litigation is a plus. Must have a vehicle to travel to suburban offices and courthouses.
