A Civil Litigation Law Firm seeks an Illinois licensed attorney with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience and demonstrated insurance coverage experience. Duties will include attending court hearings, legal research, drafting discovery requests, answering discovery, summarizing discovery responses, depositions and drafting motions. Must have a commitment to learn and grow, make an impact and exceptional client service. Must have experience taking and defending depositions. Willingness to travel to collar counties for court appearances, depositions and site inspections are required. Must be a self starter and an independent thinker with developed communication skills.
