We are a growing plaintiff's personal injury firm seeking an associate attorney who wants to develop into a courtroom litigator. This is a position with substantial early responsibility and a direct path to trying cases.The Role:
You will manage your own caseload from intake through resolution, including client counseling, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. We give associates meaningful responsibility early because that is how attorneys actually develop. Our caseload spans motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, nursing home and medical malpractice, and related matters, which means consistent, hands-on litigation experience.

The associates who succeed here approach their caseload the way a principal approaches a practice: they take initiative, manage their files independently, and hold themselves accountable for results. Compensation:
The $90,000 base is the starting point. Performance-based incentive compensation is uncapped, so your earnings track directly to your results. There is no ceiling on what a strong attorney can make here.
Requirements:
An Ohio law degree (or eligibility to practice in Ohio) is required. No prior experience is necessary. We are prepared to train the right candidate, provided you bring drive and a genuine commitment to the work.
