Fast growing Massachusetts law firm with offices in both Brockton and Danvers is seeking a full time litigation associate. Experience in litigation preferred but the firm will be willing to train the right candidate. The associate will be providing general assistance to the litigation partner whose practice encompasses all aspects of litigation with a focus on real estate litigation, landlord/tenant law and personal injury. The candidate must be able to cover in person and virtual hearings including case management conferences, pretrial conferences, and motion hearings.Candidate must have excellent research and writing skills and a desire to engage in trial work. Clinical course participation or moot court experience is preferred. High ethical standards and a professional demeanor are essential elements for any candidate seeking this position.
