A Law Firm is an Idaho firm est. in Boise in 1972. We counsel and advocate for institutional clients in public finance (Red Book listed), housing, nonprofit, government and real property. Seeking associate licensed in ID w/potential licensure in other states. Responsibilities include serving in office of general counsel, mortgage counsel, bank counsel and bond counsel to various governmental, nonprofit and private entities. Must demonstrate or develop basic litigation skillset, professional communication, strong and efficient research/writing and ability to nourish longstanding client relationships.
