Overview:- The candidate will assume a caseload of motor tort/personal injury cases with select circuit court jury trials.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis across various practice areas.
- Draft clear, precise legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence that meet professional standards.
- Assist in managing litigation cases by preparing filings, coordinating discovery processes, and supporting trial preparation efforts.
- Support environmental law compliance initiatives by reviewing regulations and advising clients on best practices.
- Support workers' compensation claims processing by reviewing case files and preparing necessary documentation.
- Handle personal injury claims through investigation, legal research, and drafting settlement or litigation documents.
- Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain detailed records of case developments, correspondence, and research findings for efficient case management.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is required.
- Proven experience or strong interest in multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation, or patent law.
- Demonstrated proficiency with legal research tools including LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
- Strong legal drafting skills complemented by attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues quickly and develop effective strategies.
- Prior experience in a law office setting or legal administrative environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a positive attitude toward resolving disputes amicably whenever possible.
