Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our Construction Law practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, with a focus on construction law matters. Compensation will be based on experience and open to negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of construction law matters, including contract disputes, construction defects, bid protests, and other related issues.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and courtroom proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends in construction law.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 3-5 years of experience practicing construction law.
