Job Overview:Shaul Law is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting healthcare professionals and corporations in various practice areas, including mergers/acquisitions, contracts, partnerships, employment and labor law, commercial leasing, construction matters, and compliance issues.
The position involves significant client contact. Your responsibilities will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating transactional documents, and assisting with client consultations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise across multiple disciplines while acting as General Counsel on meaningful matters.
The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, and is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional legal services.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of corporate or transactional experience.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Georgia state bar is mandatory.
- Demonstrated knowledge of multiple corporate practice areas.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues critically and communicate findings effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning in diverse areas of law
