Community Association Attorneys is looking to add an associate attorney to our growing firm. Our ideal candidate has three to six years of real estate law experience and is licensed to practice law in Georgia. This position offers the opportunity to represent condominium and homeowner associations in a wide-range of general corporate and litigation matters. The community association practice includes advising boards of directors on every-day corporate issues; drafting governing documents and corporate document amendments; covenant enforcement; Fair Housing Act issues; contract review, negotiation and enforcement; nonprofit advice; parliamentary procedure; assessment collection; insurance defense litigation; intra-corporate and election disputes; and general real estate counsel and litigation.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience practicing law, preferably real estate law.
- Professional attitude and appearance
