About the Job:
Cohen & Caproni is looking for an associate to assist with the firm's estate planning, business planning, tax planning and probate practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic and professional background, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. Preference is for a graduate with at least two years of experience with and an interest in estate planning, estate litigation, corporate and business planning, and tax law.
