Job Description: Boutique Elder Law and Estate Planning law firm in Arlington, Virginia seeks a full-time associate attorney. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities include:

Draft estate planning documents
Assist in client meetings
Prepare probate documents
Prepare Guardianship and Conservatorship court documents
Assist with the administration of Trusts and Estates
Occasional Court appearances in Fairfax, Arlington, and Alexandria

Job Requirements:

License to practice law in Virginia
Clean disciplinary record
0-5 years of experience practicing law
Employee must work in the firm's Arlington office with limited work-from-home capability
Proficient in Microsoft office
Attorney must bill their time in firm's time-keeping system
