Hozubin, Moberly & Associates is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic firm. The firm has a busy litigation practice, both civil and criminal, in both State and Federal Courts throughout Alaska. A current license to practice law in Alaska is required. Clerkship experience will be considered. The position involves work on criminal and civil defense cases, both independently (with a personal workload) and as part of a team, providing unique training experiences for those interested in litigation. Duties include meeting/communicating with clients, researching and drafting of motions, reviewing discovery, and handling depositions, hearings, oral arguments and trials.
