Our growing real estate, homeowner-side HOA, and business law firm is seeking multiple sharp, proactive associate attorneys to join our team.This role is ideal for an attorney who excels at early case evaluation, issue spotting, and strategic client guidance, especially in the pre-litigation stage of the case.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of client matters from intake through resolution. While experience is a plus, we are open to attorneys who just past the bar or have only a few years experience. Litigation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed case intake, factual investigation, and early-stage legal analysis
- Identify key legal issues, risks, and strategic opportunities at the outset of disputes
- Advise clients on pre-litigation strategy, exposure, and potential outcomes
- Draft demand letters
- Draft mediation briefs
- Draft settlement agreements
- Attend mediations with clients
- Work with clients to resolve disputes before involving the courts
- Analyze governing documents (including CC&Rs), and applicable statutes
- Develop case strategies designed to position clients for early, favorable resolution
- Coordinate with the litigation team where matters escalate
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and issue-spotting abilities
- Strong writing skills
- Experience with real estate, HOA, or business disputes is a plus but not required
- Litigation experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
$100,000 – $185,000 (depending on experience)
