Description:
We are a well-established insurance defense firm in Albany, New York, with a focus in medical malpractice defense and construction litigation.Applicants must be admitted to the NYS bar and have 2-3 years of prior litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice and personal injury. We are looking for applicants who are excited to learn and growth with our firm, possess excellent organizational and writing skills, and who are comfortable working in both a team-based and independent environment as needed.
Responsibilities include reviewing/drafting documents and discovery, motion practice, Court appearances and depositions, performing legal research, and maintaining close contact with clients and carriers, among other things. Applicants should be prepared to work in-office but will have opportunities to work remotely.

Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
