Description:

A nationally respected law firm representing financial services companies and professionals is seeking an attorney to assist with business and financial law engagements and projects, including compliance matters.

Requirements:
JD from accredited law school. Must have excellent project management and communication skills. Must be able to draft cogent and comprehensive agreements and other legal documents with minimal supervision.

Prior law firm experience unnecessary, but experience in investment, securities, business or transactional law a plus.

Other valuable experience/skills:
Further experience also considered relevant includes private placements, hedge funds, limited offerings, crowdfunding, mutual funds, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, business contract law, ERISA, administrative law, privacy law, cybersecurity law and/or employment law.

Although excellent research skills are required, issue spotting and the efficient communication of solutions are more highly valued traits.

A highly organized and self-motivated candidate will have an opportunity for rapid advancement, including direct client contact.

This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Salary range begins at $75,000, but salary requirements for more highly qualified candidates will be considered.
