Responsibilities:
- Review of Claim Files, Analysis of Case Strategy, Preparation of Strategy Reports.
- Attend Court Hearings and Depositions.
- Preparation of Litigation Pleadings, Strategic Discovery, and Motion Practice.
- Provide Tactical Feedback to Clients in A Responsive Manner.
Qualifications:
- Florida Bar Admission/member in Good Standing
- Juris Doctor (jd) Degree
- Skilled Attorney with 3-5 Years' Experience. Experience with Insurance Defense or General Liability Experience Is Preferred but Not Required.
- Excellent Research, Writing and Communication Skills
- Provide Timely, Accurate, and Quality Work Product
- Successfully Meet Deadlines, Expectations, and Perform Work Duties as Required
