The Pensacola office of Florida Defense Litigation Lawyers seeks an associate Attorney with 1+ years of civil litigation experience in Florida.Your Day-to-Day:
- Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.
- Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and settlement negotiations.
- Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
- Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience civil litigation experience, particularly in the areas of Insurance Defense, a plus
