HD Law Partners is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our growing Tampa practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a long-term career with a firm expanding its presence in insurance defense while also developing a broader business and commercial litigation practice.What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in carrier-side insurance defense, with experience representing insurance companies in litigation. Candidates with prior experience as a staff counsel attorney or insurance claims adjuster are highly valued, as they bring a unique understanding of carrier expectations and client service.
While insurance defense experience is a priority, we are looking for attorneys with a well-rounded litigation background who are interested in expanding their practice. Experience in any of the following is highly desirable:
Insurance defense (carrier-side preferred)
- Construction litigation
- Commercial litigation
- General civil litigation
- Business litigation

Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- 3–5 years of litigation experience
- Carrier-side insurance defense experience strongly preferred
- Prior staff counsel or insurance claims experience is a plus
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and case management abilities
- Desire to develop a broad litigation practice and contribute to a growing team
