What we are looking for:We are seeking a full-time Family Law Associate Attorney. A minimum of 2+ years litigation experience is required for this position.The ideal candidate will have a positive mindset and be hard-working, self-motivated, demonstrate a professional demeanor and a passion for the practice of family law. Must have the ability to manage multiple cases with conflicting deadlines and time pressures as well as be able to effectively engage in oral debate and negotiation even in highly stressful and emotional situations. Responsibilities will include all aspects of representation in a client's case including communicating with clients, preparing legal documents/pleadings, legal analysis and strategy, preparing for and attendance at hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials.
- 2-3 years of litigation experience (required)
- 1+ years of Family Law experience (preferred)
- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing (required)
- Litigation Attorney: 2 years (Preferred)
- Family Law Attorney: 1 year (Preferred)
- Attorney: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- license with the Florida Bar (Required)
