Duties:
- Prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, deeds, probate petitions, etc.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums
- Communicate with clients via phone and email correspondence
- Collaborate with and support other attorneys in the firm
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to perform in-depth legal research
- Experience drafting legal correspondence, trusts, wills, pleadings, motions, and research memorandums
- Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
