We are looking for a purpose-driven Associate Attorney who thrives in a high-performance environment and is committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.

What You'll Do:
  • Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA
  • Manage a caseload that includes family-based petitions, humanitarian relief (VAWA, U visas, T Visas, etc.), and removal defense
  • Prepare and file petitions, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation
  • Develop case strategies in collaboration with a highly driven legal team
  • Conduct legal research and resolve complex immigration issues
  • Maintain the highest standards of client advocacy, professionalism, and ethical practice

What you bring:
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. Bar license
  • Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience
  • Experience with humanitarian cases and removal defense strongly preferred
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with precision and accountability
  • Multilingual skills (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese) are a strong advantage
