Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in immigration law preferred, but not required.
Willingness to appear before the Immigration Court in Los Angeles, with occasional travel outside the city.
Interest in learning USCIS matters and procedures, including I-130, National Visa Center cases, I-601A waivers, Adjustment of Status, and related applications.
Strong legal research and writing skills (e.g., drafting declarations, motions, briefs, and appeals).
Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and technical skills.
A cooperative, honest, and eager-to-learn attitude; must be a team player.
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
