This is a full-time, permanent position for a meticulous researcher and powerful communicator ready to manage a complex caseload of Asylum, VAWA, U visas, I-601A waivers, and SIJS cases. You will be on the front lines, representing clients in EOIR hearings and USCIS interviews throughout the Baltimore-Washington D.C. area, while remaining poised to respond to emergent situations like client arrests or deportation threats.
