Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney located in Miami, FL.
  • Represent clients in removal proceedings and USCIS interviews.
  • Bond Hearings in Immigration Court
  • Removal Proceedings to include waivers for crimes, EOIR 42A and B, I-601 waivers
  • Write Motions to Terminate, Motion for Administrative Closure
  • Collaborate directly with clients, providing the personal attention that sets us apart
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Handle diverse immigration cases from family-based residencies to naturalization
  • Contribute to our team-oriented culture where everyone's input matters
  • Grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in our community
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and developments.

Job Type
: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Immigration Issues and Immigration Law
  • Experience in Court and USCIS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Member in good standing of the state bar
  • Fluency in Spanish is a must; Portuguese is a plus.
