Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney located in Miami, FL.
- Represent clients in removal proceedings and USCIS interviews.
- Bond Hearings in Immigration Court
- Removal Proceedings to include waivers for crimes, EOIR 42A and B, I-601 waivers
- Write Motions to Terminate, Motion for Administrative Closure
- Collaborate directly with clients, providing the personal attention that sets us apart
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Handle diverse immigration cases from family-based residencies to naturalization

- Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and developments.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
- Experience in Immigration Issues and Immigration Law
- Experience in Court and USCIS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the state bar
- Fluency in Spanish is a must; Portuguese is a plus.
