Requirements: Minimum 1-3 year associate attorney experience involving civil litigation of some kind (business, contract, or real estate litigation preference but any civil litigation is a plus). Must be licensed in either the state of California or Nevada. Having aJob Duties Responsibilities include preparing and finishing legal documents for filing, conducting legal research, and analysis and compiling case materials for senior and other attorneys in the office. This will include both pre and post judgment civil litigation work, including discovery, trial prep, collections, client meetings etc. Attending virtual hearings, trials, and depositions as needed in states where they are licensed. Some client communication may also be part of job duties.
