A Divorce Lawyer, focuses on Family Law, Immigration, and Debt Collection.We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to work on Family Law matters. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated attorney to advance their career within a supportive and client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorces, child custody, relocations, child support, etc.
- Conduct substantial motion practice and write detailed declarations.
- Lead discovery processes, mediations, and informal settlements effectively.
- Draft comprehensive legal documents such as parenting plans, divorce decrees, and temporary orders.
- Represent clients in trials when required.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member of the bar.
- Minimum of two years of experience in family law, preferably in a small firm setting.
- Proven ability to handle cases independently while benefiting from mentorship to meet the firm's high standards of excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially regarding client financials and attorney fees.
